NARAL Endorses Jacky Rosen for U.S. Senate

NARAL Pro-Choice America today endorsed Jacky Rosen in her bid to represent Nevada in the U.S. Senate. Rosen received the backing of the nation’s leading pro-choice advocacy group for her work to defend the rights of women and families as well as her outspoken efforts to expand access to basic reproductive healthcare, including contraception and abortion care.

Jacky Rosen has a strong record of defending our reproductive freedom. She voted against the GOP plan to take away healthcare from millions of Americans and opposes any effort to defund Planned Parenthood. In Congress, Jacky has pushed to prohibit political interference in a woman’s ability to access abortion. She supports landmark legislation to lift harmful state restrictions on abortion access (the Women’s Health Protection Act). Jacky has also been an outspoken advocate for Title X programs, and has called out politically motivated attacks on women’s access to basic reproductive health care and contraception.
