NARAL Pro-Choice America today endorsed Abby Finkenauer in her bid to take back Iowa’s first Congressional district. Finkenauer received the backing of the nation’s leading pro-choice advocacy group for her record of action when it comes to protecting and expanding the reproductive rights of all Iowans. As a Congresswoman, Abby will continue her unwavering commitment to standing up for women and families.

Abby fought tirelessly against a ban that would prohibit a woman from getting an abortion after 20-weeks of pregnancy and combatted efforts to defund Planned Parenthood. Abby’s lifelong background in public service and staunch commitment to standing up for hardworking women and families makes her the best person to fight for all Iowans in the U.S. Congress.
