NARAL Pro-Choice America Endorses Annie Kuster for Re-election to Congress

NARAL Pro-Choice America today announced its endorsement of Congresswoman Annie Kuster in her campaign for re-election to represent New Hampshire’s 2nd Congressional District.

“Congresswoman Kuster is a fighter for New Hampshire women and families, and we are proud to endorse her re-election to Congress,” said Ilyse Hogue, president of NARAL Pro-Choice America. “We need people in Congress who will put the health, safety, and economic security of women and families first. That’s what Congresswoman Kuster has done for her constituents in the Granite State and we look forward to helping her win again.”

Kuster is the DCCC Frontline Chair. During her time in Congress, Kuster has consistently worked to defend and advance reproductive freedom. She has a 100% pro-choice rating from NARAL, and has been a vocal opponent of defunding Planned Parenthood while repeatedly fighting to preserve their funding. Kuster is an outspoken champion for access to birth control, voting against the repeal of the ACA birth control benefit. She has also spoken out against the reinstatement of the global gag rule, and the the elimination of Title X Rule protecting family planning services from state attacks.
