NARAL Thanks Griffin For Years of Service and Partnership
For Immediate Release: November 15, 2018
Today, following the announcement that Human Rights Campaign (HRC) President Chad Griffin is stepping down from the organization in 2019 after seven years of leadership, NARAL Pro-Choice America President Ilyse Hogue released the following statement:
“Chad has been a fearless agent of change in the fight for LGBTQ equality and in our collective fight for a more equal and just country. NARAL is grateful for his leadership at this crucial time in history. During Chad’s tenure, our partnership between HRC and NARAL has deepened and flourished, and we thank him for being a great ally in the fight for reproductive freedom and equal access to care for all. In addition to being a tremendous ally, Chad has been a wonderful friend. I wish him nothing but the very best in his future endeavors and some rest and relaxation.”
NARAL Pro-Choice America and its network of state affiliates are dedicated to protecting and expanding reproductive freedom for all Americans.
